Members of the public who wish to file a complaint, for either poor service or officer misconduct, are encouraged to seek the assistance of a Fire supervisor. By working with a supervisor it may be possible for the problem to be resolved or explained to the satisfaction of all concerned. If not, the Fire supervisor may assist in obtaining information necessary to initiate a full inquiry into the complaint.

A fire supervisor may be reached by requesting one at the front counter of the administrative offices at Station 1, or by calling 218.299.5298. Complete this form and submit it online or complete the form, print it and mail or hand deliver it to the following address:
