*Note: Exchanging a tote is subject to the following fees:

We exchange at your home: $25.
You exchange at the Solid Waste Transfer Station located at 3322 15 Ave N, Moorhead, MN 56560. The Transfer Station is open M-F from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm: $15.
We will deliver your new tote within 3-5 business days of your request. We will exchange totes on your regularly scheduled garbage day. Please call 3 business days in advance of your garbage day to ensure we can process your exchange prior to your next garbage day. Otherwise, your exchange will occur the following week.
